MAYOR’S PARLOUR EXHIBITION

VICTORIANA REVISITED

The Mayor’s Parlour Gallery asked us to produce several artworks that combined turn-of-the-century aesthetics with new forms of print technology.

THE ARTWORK

All of the Mayor’s Parlour work is themed around classic Victorian decoration, but with a modern technological twist. Several pieces are UV printed onto high-gloss, hand-painted backgrounds before being framed. This effect produces subtle changes in colour depending on the angle of the viewer.

3D RENDERS

A slice of the 3D-rendered pineapple was printed and displayed at the show.
The 3D print consists of many separate parts of Baroque detail, fused together to create a new, organic form.
